Marc and Michelle Smith

Marc A Smith II is the Co-Founder and Designated Broker for M and M Home Group.  He has operated and owned various Real Estate Brokerages and Investment Companies for over 20 years and currently holds an active Broker license in California, Colorado, and Arizona. 

Over the years, he has developed a unique and comprehensive understanding of distressed assets…Notice of Trustee’s Sales, Sheriff Sales, Preforeclosures, Probates, that enable him to properly assess and understand complex situations and guide clientele towards the best possible solutions.

Marc holds an undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Webster University.  He is a proud husband and father of three wonderful children.  In his spare time, he enjoys golf, music, and fishing.

After years of working alongside Marc, Michelle got her real estate license in 2020. Prior to becoming a realtor, Michelle was an elementary school teacher and a stay-at-home mom. Michelle’s organizational skills, patience, and attention to detail have made her a great choice when looking to buy or sell your next home. Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Marc, and their three children. She also loves spending time on the water and watching baseball.
